For every fail, get up. For every setback, stand up. That is the whole strategy, and you already know how to run it.
Life is going to take its swings. Some of them will land. A dream stalls, a plan collapses, a door you were counting on closes without an explanation. When it happens, you do not have to pretend it did not hurt. You just have to remember that the knockdown is an event, and the get up is a choice, and the choice always belongs to you.
Standing back up is more than movement. It is a declaration. Every time you rise, you are voting for yourself, telling your circumstances that they can visit but they cannot live here. Rise up at all turns. Not because rising is easy, but because staying down is the only way to actually lose.
Here is what you may forget in the moment you are on the ground. In your resilience there is courage. Real courage is not the absence of falls. It is the decision to rise after them, made quietly, without an audience, when nobody would blame you for quitting.
In your resilience there is tested knowledge. Every knockdown you have already survived taught you something about timing, people, preparation, and yourself. That education did not come cheap, and it cannot be taken from you. You are not starting over. You are starting from experience.
And in your resilience there is will to survive, something deeper than motivation. Motivation checks the weather. Will shows up anyway.
So the next time something knocks you down, take the moment you need. Breathe. Then rise, because the fall never gets the final word in your story. You do.
